There is a well-known rift between Big Akwes and Frank Naro. But when the two fought in person for the first time during a celebrity football game, some people in the business sought to mend their relationship.
Wayoosi, a diminutive actor, initiated the gesture of amity by pushing Naro to come back and shake hands with Big Akwes, whom he had missed while mingling with other celebrities there.
Despite his initial resistance, Naro eventually complied with the request, and when he extended his hand, Big Akwes slapped him in the face.
In an exclusive interview with GHPage, Naro spoke about the event and called it sad because it was intended to promote peace rather than increase friction between them.
Big Akwes has faced criticism from some members of the public who believe his behavior was inappropriate and immature in the wake of the widely incident.
In videos of the event that were shared on social media, a displeased Wayoosi seemed to reprimand Big Akwes right away.
Speaking to GHPage, he admitted that he felt ashamed since he had not imagined that an elderly Big Akwes would go to such efforts to touch the young Frank Naro.
