The biggest beef in Ghanaian music history is going to occur. Although there are plenty of beefs in the industry between rappers, one has yet to break out between a highlife and gospel performer.

We are well aware that Great Ampong, a gospel artist, and Daddy Lumba do not get along well because they just had a disagreement. The friendship between the two influential musicians abruptly came to an end.

After the event had ended and Ampong was taking pictures with his followers without his knowledge, the management of Lumba rapidly took away the money they had earned from the release of the song “Hossana,” which caused them to get angry.

In order to release the successful song “Hossana,” Daddy Lumba and Kwadwo Ampong created the group Kojo Kojo in 2016. The two musicians had planned to split the proceeds from the song’s release, but Lumba stole the cash instead.

The two have not yet been able to communicate, so they carry out their musical responsibilities independently.

Great Ampong claims that Daddy Lumba’s song “Ofon” is a diss track for him since he was informed by a Highlife member that the “Theresa” hitmaker had created a diss track for him back in 2017–18.

As a result, he is also getting ready to bash him in a song, which will come this week but has already been teased on social media.

In the midst of the uproar, Afia Schwar made the outrageous claim during an IG live that Daddy Lumba is secretly discussing taking Great Ampng to court with his attorneys.

Ampong also took money from their initiative, as reported by Schwar, therefore he has no right to characterize Daddy Lumba as a rapacious individual.

Fans of Daddy Lumba should anticipate a court letter from the Highlife veteran’s camp to Great Ampong this week, according to Afia Schwar.

If what Afia Schwar claimed during the IG live is essentially accurate, we can’t say for sure.
